How does your product ship?
We have a well engineered shipping and packaging process so that
all of our plants and trees can be packed and shipped as
economically as possible. From standardized corrugated cardboard
boxes that ship via Small Parcel (Ground) to custom wooden creates
that ship via LTL, we can pack just about all of our products. When
artificial trees are too large to be packed in boxes or crates, we
contract for semi trailers or sea containers and build internal
framework so that the trees can be safely secured until they arrive
at the client site.
Can you ship your product internationally?
Yes. Our product has been installed in over 50 countries. We offer
both Ocean shipment (LCL, 20’ Sea Container, 40’ Sea Container) and
Air shipment.

1.Payment terms?
TT and cash, and TT will be more appreciated. 30%deposit before
producing, 70% balancebefore loading by TT.
2.What is the delivery time?
It depends on order quantities and how complicated it is.Generally
speaking,the delivery time will be within 30 to 50days after
deposit.
3.Are you a manufacturer or trading company?
We are a manufacturer. Our factory has been specializing in
artificial plants, artificial trees, artificial flowers, and
artificial succulents for over 15 years
4.How to install after the goods arriving destination?
We will provide detailed illustrations to you.If it is necessary,we
will send technicians to help you.However,the visa fee,air
tickets,accommodation,wages will be paid by buyers.
5. If you are a very big company, are the price of your products
high?
On the contrary, our products are one of the cheapest. We are
located in an inland area of shandong province, so the labor cost
is much cheaper than coastal areas . Although inland transportation
is a little higher, but the general price is cheaper . And we take
strategy of small profits but quick turnover. And we believe
long-term bussiness parteners are more important than high profit ,
especially to a big company like us.
